Colista Matsaw, a Shoshone and Bannock Tribal member from Southeast Idaho, has spent most of her career working in Indian Gaming and Hospitality. She believes in education, having received her BS in Hospitality and Casino Management and a Master of Business Administration. During Colista’s career in hospitality and Indian Gaming, she held various leadership roles, from Slot Director and CEO to the Executive Director of the hotel and event center. Over the last year, with a change in career paths, she has worked for her tribal government and Idaho Connect, a Community Navigator Pilot Program hub.  She enjoys reading and traveling, spending time with her two sons, family, and especially the light of her life, a grandson.
