Position Summary

The CFO is responsible for all financial matters of First Nations Oweesta. The CFO will report to and work closely with the Executive Director. In addition, s/he will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. The CFO will oversee all compliance and recognition for government (federal and state) contracts and private grants. S/he must be able to adapt to the continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while managing finance staff.

Mortgage Compliance/ Closing Specialist
The Mortgage Compliance/Closing Specialist will be responsible for reviewing loan files for accuracy and compliance along with preparing the disclosures (initial and closing) and re-disclosures for mortgage loan files in compliance with TRID.  This position verifies that mortgage loan files meet specific guidelines for completeness prior to delivery of disclosures.  Additionally, this position will monitor loan file queues daily for timely deliver of disclosures to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations.
