The Wind River Development Fund (WRDF) is a private, community development corporation that provides financial opportunities to stimulate economic development on the Wind River Indian Reservation, promoting self-sufficiency, self-determination and an enhanced quality of life for the reservation community.

As a non-profit 501(c)3, WRDF provides local entrepreneurs and businesses with small business training, counseling and business loans.

Mission, Goals and Objectives
WRDF’s mission is to provide financial opportunities to stimulate economic development on the Wind River Indian Reservation, promoting self-sufficiency, self-determination and an enhanced quality of life for the reservation community. WRDF’s goals are four-fold:

• Provide financial products and services responsive to the needs of the community.
• Increase community members’ business and financial management skills.
• Improve the reservation business environment.
• Become a long-term, sustainable resource for the community.
