RCI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation founded in 1996 to provide technical assistance to a wide variety of rural communities and businesses in the Western United States.  RCI has worked with more than a dozen Native American communities and tribes on a variety of community and economic development projects, including community-based systems for entrepreneurship development.  RCI participates in projects that are economically sustainable, ecologically sound, and consistently managed by best pratices.  RCI works to assist rural communities by supporting well managed, cost-competitive, and environmentally sensitive solutions to improve self-sufficiency of rural communities and Indian Tribes.  Our technical assistance services includes:
